Lotus Flow Kapha Busting workshop with Keren (in the studio or join online)

Join Keren for a special KAPHA BUSTING Lotus Flow workshop.

You can expect a dynamic and playful Lotus Flow Class dedicated to the Goddess of Spring, Saraswati and building to some energizing upside down shapes (which will approach workshop style). We will also chant some mantra, discuss some myths and end the session with a yummy yin session leading you to a good nights sleep.

This session will follow the Lotus Flow sequencing format at an intermediate level and will not be suitable for those new to yoga or recovering from injuries
