Our next advanced course for teachers and trainees will be a mini 3 week pre Christmas course focusing on assisting and adjustments throughout a vinyasa class, the three weeks will be broken up into:
week 1: assisting sun salutations and standing poses
week 2: backbends
week 3: twists and forward folds
Books essential for three weeks – no casual drop ins
£25 for all three sessions
