NEW Friday Chill Sessions

Join us each Friday evening for a chill out session to end your week starting from the last Friday in April
1st Friday of the month – Menopause Yoga with Caroline
2nd Friday – Yoga Nidra with Holly
3rd Friday – Restorative Yoga with Jo
4th Friday – Kirtan with Billy & Keren
Normal class passes apply for all sessions aside from Kirtan. All can be booked via Momoyoga (Kirtan requires a ‘Kirtan pass’)
All sessions 6.30-7.30pm aside from Kirtan which runs 6.30-8.30pm
Our first session kicks off on Friday 29th April with Kirtan (please note no Kirtan in May as we will be playing at the Great Estate Festival)
