The dark moon in Capricorn marks the beginning of a new cycle. We will gather in the new year to celebrate and harness the energy of the dark moon.
This Circle offers a safe and nurturing space where you can come to connect, move and reflect.
It’s an opportunity to meet with other like-minded women and be in a supportive environment to be held, seen and witnessed.
You will be guided through meditation, gentle yoga, a sharing circle, a moon ritual and time to set an intention for the lunar cycle ahead.

About Jo:
Jo’s teaching style strikes a harmonious balance between effort and ease, making yoga accessible to all. She leads sessions that incorporate embodied movement, breathwork with moments of stillness, creating an environment where you can slow down and reconnect with your body, Her approach is nurturing and grounding.
Jo’s yoga journey began in 2011 during her travels to South East Asia. Her ever growing love for the practice inspired her to become a yoga teacher. In 2017, she completed her 200-hour teacher training in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga in India.Over the years, Jo’s practice and teaching have naturally evolved into a mindful expression of intuitive movement and flow. She believes in honouring the body and appreciating the vitality and energy that arise through movement and breath. She encourages an open and curious approach to each moment, inviting you to explore the rich tapestry of feelings and sensations within. Jo has completed a facilitation course for holding women’s circles and is passionate about creating connection and community through rituals, ceremony, meditation and embodied movement.
