Monthly kids yoga with Kate

Once a month join our Children’s yoga teacher, Kate, for our Saturday morning kids yoga club. No adults allowed!

Limited to 8 spaces, Kate will delve into fun yoga poses, mindful games and activities and make a bed out of blankets and homemade eye pillows in a relaxed, calm and beautiful setting!

Class is 45 minutes and feel free to leave your child in Kate’s safe hands and pop over to Espressini for a coffee with the other parents.

Kate is fully qualified in childcare, paediatric first aid trained and Yoga Alliance professionally recognised, you are free to grab a coffee or do your food shop as we master the art of yoga!
