next advanced course for teachers and trainees – handstand!

Join Keren for a six part course delving into the world of the ever elusive handstand, we will play with drills, new ways to enter and exit, practice assists, how we teach the pose for all levels and we will this time be learning a Shiva mantra on the harmonium.

I truly believe there is no reason to ever master these ‘advanced’ poses. They do not make us a better person! But they can be a LOT of fun! so you can expect less of a workshop and more of a play shop.
