FUNDRAISING WELLNESS DAY -11th June – 11-3pm
Join Jeni, Lizzy and Emily Embrace – Dance Fitness on 11th June for an amazing day of movement, nourishing and rest.
Your day will start with an energising yoga flow class with Jeni, Followed by a delicious vegan lunch prepared by Lizzy and finishing with a deeply restful restorative yoga session and yoga nidra.
