Goddess Flows – Tues night mini course

Join Keren for a short three week course delving into the mythology of three of the major Hindu Goddesses. Each week will start with a story, a mantra and then into a Goddess inspired flow, ending with a meditation to complete a well rounded practice

We will look at:

Lakshmi – grace and abundance – 24th September
Durga – courage and shelter – 8th October
Saraswati – creativity and expression – 15th October

There will be a japa meditation practice to do as homework each week should you wish to participate and find a sweet home practice to ground you as we shift into Autumn

This mini course is open to anyone with a regular practice, the flows will be an intermediate level and so will not be suitable for those new to yoga, with injuries or who have not practiced vinyasa previously
