January and February in Cornwall can be a little miserable and it seems half of the county are escaping for sunnier climates and so at FYS we are determined to bring a bit of sparkle back to the month.
Join Keren on Saturday 4th February for a 90minute Lotus Flow class to a sweet 70s disco soundtrack.
Boring black leggings are not appropriate. Disco threads essential.
Spaces are limited as always so bookings essential. £10.
And yes….there will be disco lights….
