From our teeny space on the other side of the road, to our current home, through the pandemic where our community shifted online and then coming out of the other side into the 'new normal'...we just wanted to help people find a yoga home through our doors.

- 300hr Level 1 teacher training starting in February
- Level 2 30hr intensive with Lucy McCarthy and Keren Cooksey in February

- Level 2 100hr Rest & Restore teacher training with Amanda Brown starting in the winter (dates TBC)
