The perfect compliment to our dynamic and vinyasa (yang) yoga practices and generally busy life!
Focusing on long-held passive floor poses combined with pranayama and meditation, yin yoga is a deep practice that targets the connective tissues, fascia, tendons and ligaments.
This intimate practice of yoga requires students to be ready to go deeper with feelings, sensations, body awareness and emotions, something that can be easy to miss in a faster-paced yoga practice.
All levels are welcome!
