These mini courses are designed for women and offer practical information and exercises.
The intention is to increase understanding, maintain and improve function of different areas of the body and the way that you may experience changes during your lives. We will explore joint health, strength, flexibilit, somatics and breathwork in a simple format that is accessible to most ages and abilities (get in touch if you are unsure).
The course will be accompanied by a handout so that you can continue to practice those things that you have found useful. We will be focusing on a different area for each 4 Week block. £40 max 10 participants. Starting:
