A full spectrum practice of asana, mudra, mantra and meditation all aimed at softening into the potent space of our hearts. Come away centred, soft, open & filled with your own innate radiance.

- 300hr Level 1 teacher training starting in February
- Level 2 30hr intensive with Lucy McCarthy and Keren Cooksey in February
- 80hr Pre and Post Natal teacher training with Keren & Amanda starting in September
- Level 2 100hr Rest & Restore teacher training with Amanda Brown starting in the winter (dates TBC)

Join Keren and Lucy in February half term 2024 for a 30hr Level 2 teacher training course - ANCIENT WISDOM, MODERN MEDICINE: YOGIC APPROACHES TO LIVING & TEACHING MORE MEANINGFULLY
We will look at ancient yogic tools from mudra, mantra and pranayama as well as the teachings from the Puranas and Goddess pathways to help us elevate our teaching.
The course will run over 5 days in February 2024 with our mornings focusing on studying the philosophy and stories of Tantric teachings and the Puranas and our afternoons will look at increasing our knowledge on key yogic tools and look at incorporating them into physical yoga classes
